Returns & Refunds

If you are not 100% thrilled with your Sister Chix merchandise, you can return the product within 30 days and get a full refund, exchange or store credit. Here are the details:


Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Custom Orders: There will be no returns or exchanges on custom orders/designs. Custom designed items cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

Sale Items: Sale items will be refunded or credited at the sale price.

Gift Items: Items received as a gift may only be exchanged for other Sister Chix merchandise. Original tags, packaging, and a receipt (or name of the gift giver) must be available to determine the value of the item being exchanged.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of your return, unless the reason for your return is a result of a Sister Chix error or defective merchandise. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then issue a refund to your original method of payment or issue a store credit for gift items within three days.
